Hotel is good, worth of the money paid(budget-friendly), clean, Family oriented (no night clubs), excellent location in Bur Dubai, Meena Bazaar, Computer market, Super market, Metro station are literally within 5-10 min walking distance. Breakfast is above avg to good. Staff is friendly and supportive. Overall a very good experience for budget hotel. The Hotel was very good value for money. Fairly close to the Metro, comfortable large clean room and breakfast was included. The staff were friendly and helpful. Knowing that the hotel had a nightclub that produced a lot of noise, I asked for a room on the higher floor. This was no problem.
所有评语 » Excellent location, great staff. Booked for a single room but was upgraded to their amazing suite which made the stay even more pleasurable. I stayed there twice before once with a friend of mine. This hotel would definitely be my preference the next time i visit Dubai. Very good hotel, good location, very nice staff especially Mr Assar who was bery helpful. Hotel is very near to Meena bazaar, overall it a very good hotel especially when u r on a stop over in dubai. The Staff was very helpful ad food was good. The hotel was very local and have the tourist guide available to help us. The safari and the city tour was very good. Easy access to the hotel via the metro from airport. Only an 8 minute walk from Al Fraidi metro station. Friendly staff. Comfortable clean bedding and room. we think hotel has a good service,right in town,morning buffet is very good,reception staff is friendly,hotel is +3 star. Friedly Staff, near to all facilities and Neat & Clean. I recomend for any nationality to prefer stay in this hotel. Getting in and out of the hotel was very easy.The environment is nice and very quiet in the night. big large room, helpful staff complimentary water bottles on the first night were a nice touch. I like the hotel very much as I have been using this for a long time and fully satisfied. Tidy and clean and availability of underground parking. the breakfasts and the helpful friendly staff. I booked thru Blackberry device with letsbookhotel.com app. Nothing. Hotel furniture still look bit old, is same for last 2-3 yrs (was here 2yrs back as well) should renovate the look from inside. Will add some luxurious look to rooms may be refreshing. WiFi damn expensive, And very poor variety of breakfast. No swimming pool, breakfast was poor. Security during night time was rude to some couple when they were takin the lift. The hotel has two night club which do indian song only and the drink are very expensive. The Wifi was not available when needed. Grouting in the bathroom was a mess!. they have a cabel tv,but any pakistani channel,where as there r some indian channels,which is also good,but should b some pakistani channels. nothing. breakfast was a bit limited. simply, nothing. Not too much choices for Satellite TV Channels and bad quality of the TV reception. i suguest wifi should be free of charge. No ventilation in the bathroom. Distance from metro. No wifi ,despite it was advertise , too expensive to buy , was cheaper to buy coffe and have free Internet ,,, very loud at night , nightclubs goes till late and you can hear it from your room, Breakfast is only good if you like Indian Breakfast , It was cold when i asked for hot food , they ask me for room number ,,,, not free , They charge me 20% more for tax , been to Dubai before never been ask to pay more::;( not gonna stay here again. nothing. Parking is very conjusted. There was one man at the reception to deal lots of people. Poor guest management. No proper wifi connection, leaking bathtub. I stayed in room 611 and my friend was in 612. In both the rooms the Thermostat was not working,due to which the rooms got very cold and if a/c was switched off it would get stuffy. Front desk a little slow and the Manager and I butted heads. Distance from metro. Not enough space/table on the breakfast restaurant. Bathroom is in need for urgent repair. Beside this we had lot of cockroachs in the room. Becaouse of that we changed hotel. Noisy , hear sound from side rooms . It is not a value for money. The rooms are not as per the charge of the hotel. This was disappointment from letsbookhotel.com letsbookhotel.com should continuously review the hotels suggested by them and update so as not to misled people. I was over charged. VERY not clean POOR facilities. no facilities. Room size. Poor quality of Breakfast. Limited number of TV Channels. Quality of bedsheet and curtains needs a lot of improvement. Cleanliness of outdoor glasses. Toiletry materials was very poor. Bath tubs should be refurbished. From the room to the toilet have cockroach. It didnt give me the option to chose how many ppl , instead , I choose a double occupancy room , the hotel manager said their hotel price is not as per room , its as per person,even if u took suite and didnt mention number of ppl,u will hve to pay,I took a double room and asked me to pay 150 DHM extra...you need to pay me back 150DHM. No ac room was very hot very old furniture breakfast food was bad (old bread) very bad neighborhood TV has all Indian Channels.
