  Nice staff, clean tidy place, wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived really early in the moring and had booked just one night, we should have booked for 2 nights but the manager allowed us into the room early and didn't charge us for early occupation.   A nice and simple hotel; nothing fancy. Clean, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms a little small but still fine for two of us. Breakfast buffet is a fairly standard hotel breakfast. I would stay there again. - I found the IBis Deira city Centre the best Ibis I have every been too. The price perfect, room and bathroom clean. The Bed - Soo comfortable and crispy clean. I am very fussy with pillow, they were perfect and a stone throw away from the Diera City Centre shopping mall accross the street. What more do you need. As a frequent travelling through Dubai I will be returning that is a promise.

  We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the food was great.   First of all, I like the location of the hotel. It was easy for me to find a transport if I'm going to the shops. It was a quiet area. There was a homely atmosphere,staff were accomodating and pleasant. I would stay in Eureka on my next visit to Dubai - We could'nt have asked for anything else, it was perfect!   We needed a twin room just for one night. The room was really nice, much better than we expected. The staff were extremely helpful. I needed to print my checkin receipt and they were happy to help. - They have a very friendly and accomodating receptionist at the lobby.
