We arrived really early in the moring and had booked just one night, we should have booked for 2 nights but the manager allowed us into the room early and didn't charge us for early occupation.   A nice and simple hotel; nothing fancy. Clean, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms a little small but still fine for two of us. Breakfast buffet is a fairly standard hotel breakfast. I am very fussy with pillow, they were perfect and a stone throw away from the Diera City Centre shopping mall accross the street. What more do you need. As a frequent travelling through Dubai I will be returning that is a promise.

From the first interaction until the last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the food was great.
