  Great location - the hotel is right by the sea and next to Yalta promenade. Our room was very clean and had a beautiful view over the sea. The hotel beach was clean and not overcrowded.   We stayed at apartment on the top floor, I liked the room design and the comfort it offered. Including bathroom which was very spatious , clean and well designed. Also the staff was OK with our late check-in, I let them know in advance that we arrive at about 23:00.
