The building is an architectual gem, soviet architecture at its finest. Beautiful Lobby. Friendly (perfectly english speaking) staff. Great location in the heart of the city, with public transport close by. Nice breakfast, served at a restaurant with beautiful view over "artillery bay". Restaurant itself serves amazing food too!

We stayed at apartment on the top floor, I liked the room design and the comfort it offered. Including bathroom which was very spatious , clean and well designed.
Also the staff was OK with our late check-in, I let them know in advance that we arrive at about 23:00. They were waiting us as agreed. -
