  Very comfortable hotel - a haven after busy days during the trip. Restaurant food was delicious with a fine selection of very moderately priced Ukrainian wines by the glass or bottle. Room was superbly appointed - no complaints. Absolutely no intrusive noise so sound sleep every night. Within a brisk 10 minute walk from Arsenalna Metro station where the fixed journey price of (the equivalent of) 8p takes - It's a very comfy hotel, its location is perfect. The city centre is just 10-15 minutes walk. It's absolutely easy to walk to the main sightseeing from the hotel. Staff is really nice and polite. Kiev is not very expensive place which is worth visiting. Staying in this hotel will guarantee you a nice and silent nights.

Staff is so kind and friendly all the time. some staff didn't speak english very well, however,I didn't care because of their friendly behavior , and I enjoyed trying to understand each other. room is big enough with pretty furniture. Breakfast is also nice with coffee,cereal,yogurt,denish,fruit,jam..on the pretty wagon and is served to the room. only 5-rooms B&B ma - When we arrived, it seemed a bit seedy, but once we got in, the staff was lovely. I asked for hot water for tea and got a whole tray with cookies, hot water, cups, etc, and it was replenished for the entire time we were there (same for wine glasses). The young girl there was amazing and spent a lot of time marking places on a map for us to find our way around. The room was comfortable with tons of storage (I think I counted 39 drawers).

The room is very big, clean and has everything you need even for a long stay.   Everything. This place is a little gem - wonderful 100% renovated big house made into a mini-hotel with lots of charm. I always stay there when I go to Kiev on business - would even change dates of visit to ensure that I can stay at Oselya. Ok, its a drive away to central Kiev, but thats the only downside. Wonderful staff and rooms, good internet ... vad folk säger » connection, easy to book transfers and get all kinds of help which would be impossible to get with out a hassel at real hotels in central Kiev. 100% t - Very conveniently located near the railway station and Zhylyany airport. We arrived by train and were met by hotel. Transfer to airport was in time and without any problem. I highly recomend to use hotel transfer. Everything was very modern and of a high quality. Nice garden, free wi-wi even in the garden. The staff very polite and helpful.
