  Very friendly staff especially towards are two young children. They made us all feel very welcome and were very accommodating to our every need. We asked for some warm milk for our baby's bottle at 6.30am and they did so without even charging us! We stayed out the hotel to visit legoland and windsor and this hotel was in the perfect location. Could not fault the hotel and every single member of staff- thank - The staff were super friendly and flexible, overall very helpful - truly excellent service. Although we were a little worried about the location, as it turned out, there was a bus stop right across street from where we could take a bus directly to London Victoria On our last day, we took the same bus in the other direction to Windsor, which was a great experience as well. The pool and the saunas were very nice, too, after a long day of walking around in London. We would recommend this hotel any

  We really enjoyed our stay at Beaumont House. Our room was excellent and the bed huge and so comfortable.Breakfast was excellent with lots of varieties of food. Staff were very helpful and friendly.   We could store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Staff member was helpful with directions, providing a map and helping us find somewhere for dinner. Hotel room was clean and facilities good. Nice hot shower with very good water pressure. Breakfast had a selection of items. Overall, I was very pleased with our stay. - For a small hotel, it provided all I required for an overnight stay while attending a private function elsewhere. The room and facilities were really good, modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate for the very keen on-line price. Overnight car parking charge of £5 was agreeable in the light of other some hotel's rip-off prices!

  We booked the Innkeepers Lodge for an over night stay when we went for a day trip to Legoland. We were not sure what to except as it was some if the reviews were mixed. But we need not have worried. We requested a family room with the single bed set up for our 7 year old and a cot bed for our youngest. The room was spacious and clean with a tv, tea and coffee facilities. - From the moment of arrival to when we left the staff could not do enough for you. We found it marvellous to be able to walk through from the rooms to the restaurant which had so much choice that it must suit every taste and very reasonable. The quality of the food was excellent, the rooms were very clean and nice and warm. We loved the Innkeeper's Lodge.   Friendly staff, good value considering its position close to town centre but not too noisy. Parking is a bonus. Good value & tasty meal in the restaurant, nicely decorated & clean looking. Plenty of choice for breakfast, nothing too much trouble for girls waiting on. Spacious room clean tidy with ensuite and was well decorated. The staff there were so helpful and pleasant The food served here was marvellous and I would recommend to anyone. Parking at the property was also a bonus. 5 Minutes walk from the town centre. Brilliant all round. Would certainly stay there again.

  Apart from the beautiful surroundings and the hotel itself, the thing that impressed me the most at the Oakley hotel, was the attitude of the staff. I was impressed by their friendliness and their eagerness to please, and just their general attitude to do what they could, to make our stay and relaxing and pleasant one. - The ease of everything and... vad folk säger » the staff they were wonderful - breakfast busy but unlike most hotels where they leave you in a queue they offered coffee and a seat in the lounge area and collected you when a table was ready - well done!
