  Very friendly staff especially towards are two young children. They made us all feel very welcome and were very accommodating to our every need. We asked for some warm milk for our baby's bottle at 6.30am and they did so without even charging us! We stayed out the hotel to visit legoland and windsor and this hotel was in the perfect location. Could not fault the hotel and every single member of staff- thank - The staff were super friendly and flexible, overall very helpful - truly excellent service. Although we were a little worried about the location, as it turned out, there was a bus stop right across street from where we could take a bus directly to London Victoria On our last day, we took the same bus in the other direction to Windsor, which was a great experience as well. The pool and the saunas were very nice, too, after a long day of walking around in London. We would recommend this hotel any

  Really lovely rooms all newly decorated and beautiful views of the surrounding gardens. Very comfy bed and really liked the fact there was 'real' milk in your rooms fridge for tea and coffee. Beautiful boutique kind of style to the room as well, was really impressed. If you wanted a Cooked breakfast it was only a few pounds more. Overall I would recommend this lovely little p - Staff are very friendly and helpful.The room standard was excellent and spotlessly clean and the location perfect.We stayed here overnight before catching the train from epsom to london, a short 40 min journey .This is essentially a country pub with fabulous rooms.The breakfast was great too and only £4 each for a full english which was beautifully presented.Will definately be returning.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Beaumont House. Our room was excellent and the bed huge and so comfortable.Breakfast was excellent with lots of varieties of food. Staff were very helpful and friendly.   The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, if you're into interior design then this hotel is for you. It's chic, modern, classy & comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and the thing we loved most was that it's also pet friendly so not only were we welcomed but so were our two pooches!   What a delightfully quaint hotel. I love these kind of places much more than your usual chain hotel. The place was bursting with character and provided us with a delightful stay.We stayed in the Windsor room which was extremely spacious, cosy and had a lovely view of the gardens.   The location was superb - so central. The idea of the security code for hotel and room entry worked well for us. We also loved our Henry room, it was so comfortable, inviting and luxurious. Our room had a fridge and we enjoyed a superb breakfast with a small table laid out in our room and all the extras supplied for our continentental breakfast... vad folk säger » . Christine was extremely professional and cleaned our room and has a - everything is good except two points: first is the location, thought it is described as five minutes walk from the railway station, it was a bit hard to find and a bit far from the city center.the other is the hotel is using PIN number to open the door so there was no staff in the house, and no place to store packages, which is not so continence for us. But eventually , it is a lovely place and I like the design in the room

  We booked the Innkeepers Lodge for an over night stay when we went for a day trip to Legoland. We were not sure what to except as it was some if the reviews were mixed. But we need not have worried. We requested a family room with the single bed set up for our 7 year old and a cot bed for our youngest.
