Poorly maintained. Dirty carpet in the hallways, only one of three light
bulbs working in the lounge . Unable to get heating working in the
lounge. Someone promised to resolve the issue but it was the same the

Apartment need a damm good clean.We needed to bring our own vacuum cleaner (this was an option as we were moving house)
Not at all suitable for a young child, due to hygiene, state of repair and loose wires and glass tables not to mention state of sash windows needing to be propped open with a bit of wood only single glazed windows and plaster falling off wall. Also neighbours starring a party at 12am in morning...
