The owner, Lavinia, was very welcoming and the overall quality of the accommodation was superb. Plenty of information about Lyme Regis was sent in advance which was a nice touch. Lovely choice of breakfast and the fridge in the room was very useful, including fresh milk on arrival. Highly recommended.

  We were suprised and thrilled to be given a suite with a sea view rather than the room with a garden view that we had booked. The staff were very pleasant. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. Comfortable and cosy. The breakfast basket was a nice touch and of considerably better quality than at other hotels we have stayed in. Secure parking, whilst a short walk, was convenient and a welcome alternative to a pub - Our bedroom, dining/lounge room and kitchen all had large windows with great views over the harbour, the foreshore and down the Jurassic Coast. Amazing! I loved the décor of the bedroom, and in fact we had everything we needed. Hand delivered fresh croissants or the like to your room each morning was lovely. The restaurant served great meals also.
