on my way to the B&B in the taxi while approaching the area i did found it very hilly and upmarket.when arrive at the place it sel it was more that upmarket , the manager Roy & Julia was, soooo, friendly which me feel very relax and comfortable,
However as i was going back to see my aunty i asked the taxi to wait for me on getting back in

The view! Even more so, the pool with a view! It's close to the coastal path for walks and set in a very peaceful residential area high up on the hill as is implied in the name.Charming and friendly service with the willingness to cater for individual dietary needs. Nothing was too much trouble. Well cooked breakfast and, thank goodness, a proper sized bath towel.

Exceeded my expectations, the room was large with lots of free space as was my en-suite. Ferndale hotel is on its own nestled high up on a ledge surrounded by trees making it a very cosy romantic place to stay just what we wanted and the four poster room number 6 was clean and the bed was beautiful and comfortable. We loved everything about the Tusker Hotel, we just wanted somewhere reasonable and nice to stay and that is exactly what we got here. We were greeted with a friendly face when we arrived and shown to a lovely little cosy room, basic and small but all we needed. The staff were friendly and the breakfast good. A front and back entrance available for late night returns without disturbing anyone. Located within a short walk of the sea front and shops. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for money. Would stay there again.
