Good location close to the train station. Travelling solo on budget, and this simple, but very well run B&B truly met my expectations. Bathroom in much better condition than in many other B&B's. Had an early departure on the morning, but the manager kindly prepared me an excellent warm breakfast before the regular breakfast time. Definetelly good value for your money.
Friendly & helpful owners & staff, Eaton Court Guest House was in easy walking access to the main railway station & the shopping centre which was a necessity for our trip.
The accommodation was homely & comfortable. A full English breakfast inclusive in the price was a bonus.

My room was spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. I asked for a fan as the room was warm and it came immediately with a welcome glass of iced water.
Breakfast was unbelievably good. I ordered the medium full English breakfast and it was fantastic.
Unfortunately I didn't have time for breakfast but the room was suitable for me as a solo traveller on a budget. The manager was helpful too. The property is very handy to the trains and shops.
The breakfast was tasty and delicious.

Did not have enough parking although I was able to park on the road and had no problems.
Car parking is free but tight/limited, especially to rear of guest house (do not drive through to the back without first checking there are spaces available as there is zero room to turn if bays are full).
Our room was very hot so we had to sleep with the window open.

and was up early on Sunday, 6.00am, to catch Ferry to Isle of Wight - so was unable to taste the

My room was next to the bathroom. When someone used the water or the toilet in the bathroom ist was very loud in my room. They often used the water around 11.30pm.
