It was very near all the amenities including a very excellent indian
restaurant. Singlcote is a small lodging house which I like you can also
take your dogs which is a must for me. Breakfast was excellent. There

going to be late and got a quick response saying that will be fine,

The staff where friendly and accomodated our need for an earlier breakfast, and the location was brilliant with the added bonus of private parking which meant we did not have to pay to park in town because it was a short 5 minute walk.

It was home from home,added bonus i did not have to spend time in the kitchen.Lovely owners nothing was to much trouble for them,they went out of their way to please.My two teenagers are the first to moan if things are not clean,but they could not find anything wrong with this guest house,the only complaint they had was not being able to stay longer !

hosts Pina & Craig very friendly/welcoming, clean, comfortable,rooms very reasonably priced. breakfast is superb all facilities great, bar prices very reasonable,lovely place to stay and nothing was too much for our hosts if you ask they do what they can to help. will stay again and recommend to anyone single,couple or family. -

The rooms was well stocked and beds comfortable for us, we didn't use the lounge area but it was large enough for you to feel at home. The B&B was located at a quiet end of the main road, so not a lot of people/pub or traffic noise but still only a 5-10 minutes walk to the Theatre and attractions. The location is fantastic, we had a nice sea view and its literally a minutes walk from the main shops/pubs/amausements. Our room was spacious, had plenty of tea and coffee, milk etc. The room was nice and warm.
We didnt opt for breakfast so cant comment on that. The owner was friendly and helpful and not patronising or strange as I've read in other reviews. She welcomed us with a smile, explained the basics and kindly showed us to our room. We got a friendly goodbye in the morning. Thankyou!

Mark and Teresa were both very friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault them as hosts. The room was fine and the location is excellent, near to the beach and restaurants but quiet.
Recommended.
Skegness is a good base for seashore walks. South to Gibratar point or North to Mablethorpe..Beautiful salt-marshes and beaches. -

First Time at Coasters at Skeggy. Lurvely 3 days. Alas me and misses were taken ill and returned the nite before or stay ended. Breakfast downstairs was also worth while. Eugene coped very well but he need's a little more practice with English Breakfast. Nearly There though. Facilities excellerant was a proper home from home and with self-catering we were'nt stuck to feeding times. I've seen the odd bad comment about Coasters but i assure you they are unfounded.
