  I particularly liked the friendliness of the staff that dealt with us, as they were very welcoming and helpful, plus the overall cleanliness and quality of the hotel. It was also very quiet too consdiering that there were a lot of people staying there.Very good value for money! - Excellent value for money hotel.   Having stayed in April and having not been impressed, we can only congratulate the staff on the changes. The staff are friendly. The welcome and check-in excellent. The restaurant staff helpful and atmosphere of a good place to work, which gives for a good place to eat too. Food for chain not bad and food a good quality. Hotel was clean and quiet,... vad folk säger » we were at the opposite end to the bus station. - 1.Location of hotel was super.Located right in the heart of Shrewsbury. 2.Layout of hotel very spacious yet compact.You werent walking miles to lifts or restaurent or carpark. 3.Food very nice and staff very efficient and friendly. 4. Family room very spacious, bright and very clean. 5. Highly recommend it as a place to stay for a weekend of shopping or leisure

  We came across this hotel purely by chance when we wanted somewhere nice to stay mid way to our main holiday to Windsor and we were so glad we stayed here. Beautifully presented in a really nice area and approximately 10 - 15 minutes max from Shrewsbury town. This hotel is unbelievably clean and the beds are so comfortable. We even had a small kit... vad folk säger » chenette in our room which was a bonus! This is the type of hotel where you can go as couples or as a family. Lovely meals served there too and will d - everything very clean and well presented. Had an in exhaustable breakfast menu. It was ...."You can have absolutely anything....what would you like?" I fancied a sausage sandwich and was treated to a magic one! Dinner was also magic. The place, the staff, the scenery just altogether a great find. I can thoroughly recomend this Hotel. Well done to the family who own and run this gem of English accommodation.
