  The hotel is simply excellent. Contemporary airy room, superb service, the best breakfast I've ever eaten at a hotel, anything one can ask for :-) Location is brilliant - very close to the harbor, Elizabeth castle and the Jersey eye, 5 min to the city centre. Word of advice - go for a seaview room - it really worth it! Also when renting a car, go f... vad folk säger » or something compact - roads are narrow and curvy. - everyone was helpful and friendly nothing was too much. room was upgraded on arrival and had a seaview. breakfast was outstanding, leisure facilities very good,rooms very spacious and very clean. Staff were first class. Location was ideal. Would definately return.

  Polite, helpful, friendly staff, restaurants, (we ate out two of the nights of our 5 night stay, but the food was better in the hotel) bar, facilities for keeping bicycles overnight, central location, the very quiet room which we had requested - The location was superb, couldn't be more central and the cleanliness of the hotel was second to none.   A superbly organised hotel run by a truly inspirational manager(ess).   The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our bedroom overlooked the sea - lovely view. Although small, the pool is an added attraction.There is a great promenade behind the hotel running along the sea-front.. - The indoor swimming pool was pleasant, and quiet. I was the only person using it on each of 2 days. The breakfast coffee was good.

  Everything you needed, nice touch with coffee etc on arrival and welcome pack. Bus to airport stops outside and costs £1.70 :-) used dishwasher, washer etc and no problem with leaving your rubbish etc out and getting extra tabs. Paid etc for harbour view which was lovely on the night we stayed in. Bed and topper very comfortable. Recommend the Hac... vad folk säger » hett to eat of an evening, informal food and staff lovely.Tasty,fresh uncut loaf in welcome pack but no bread knife !! so chunky slices it was for toa - The Liberty Apartment looks like new and is spotlessly clean- 10/10 to the housekeeping staff. Location is superb, within easy walk of most of the attractions of Jersey - St Helier. Fast wi-fi and the staffs at the reception is VERY VERY POLITE. Whats a wonderful view of the Marina they gave to me.. wooow!!! I will be back there for sure very soon. Thank you very much all member of staffs for a warm and happy stay.   The lovely room and friendliness of all the staff. I would especially like to mention Dani in reception and Thierry, the restaurant assistant manager, who were exceptional people. Please thank them both - Clean, modern, happy friendly staff,excellent choice of facilities.

  The whole experience was fantastic. Facilities, spa, hotel room, food and staff all excellent. Our special requests pre booking were also done without any reminders to the hotel staff. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. - The staff were very friendly and helpful.
