  I like the fact that check in was effortless, we had just had a long stressful journey and when we got to the hotel everything fell into place. The receptionist was welcoming and the room was excellent. In view of this fact the price for the accommodation was excellent. I would reco - Excellent service, very clean and well kept hotel. The facilities were exceptional the beds were nicely made and the most comfortable beds we have used during a stay. The breakfast was fresh, hot and varied with a very good standard of cleanliness. We had asked if the hotel could do anything for my husband as it was his 40th Birthday....they very kindly put a couple of treats in the room for no charge.   Standard for a true five-star hotel, with an excellent value for money. Professional and efficient reception staff, ceck inn fast, excellent problem solving skills, attention to detail. Spacious rooms equipped with all comforts, modern decor, impeccable cleanliness (difficult for the hotels in London) ideal location, 10 minutes from the airport, a... vad folk säger » nd 40 from London, surrounded by nature, the quality of the optimal sleep and London can be reached with an excellent limousine service at great price - The hotel was excellent, I had dinner in the restaurant which was brill, and breakfast was great too. The room was very elegant, and provided all the extras. The location of the hotel is brilliant, it took us around 30 minutes to get right into the center of London (oxford circus) so it was nice to relax and get away from the business when we came back to the hotel.

  After having looked at more comments after booking the hotel, I have to say I was a little worried that we would be disappointed when we arrived. However this was not the case!! Upon entering the reception area we greeted by a very nice man who advised that our room was not ready (We did arrive @ 1pm, so guessed that would be the case) We decided ... vad folk säger » to leave the car in the car park and take a train into London City Centre, we arrived back at the hotel around 7pm, once again we were greeted by a di - I loved it! The room was beautiful with everything you could want - Nespresso machine, fresh milk and water in the fridge, lovely toiletries, large screen tv, comfortable bed with smooth, crisp sheets. We stayed here because we were going to Twickenham stadium for the rugby, but would have loved to stay longer. We walked to the stadium, but we are good walkers and you can get a taxi easily.   excellent breakfast !!! - shame it wasnt included in the room price though. Within reasonable walking distance to main shopping area. - Very well appointed hotel, lots of facilities. The restaurant was excellent.

  Staff so helpful. Wonderful decor and amazing situation right by the park. Extremely relaxing atmoshere. Beautiful dining room that serves a wonderful breakfast. Could order current blockbuster movies on TV in room. Can't recommend it highly enough. - Very clean and well preserved. Room very nice and comfortable.
