Staff were very friendly- quickly booked me a taxi. I asked how far Richmond centre was and not only given a local map but shown where we were. The hotel was about 5 minutes walk away. Very convenient to the tube which was good as I arrived in the dark. Spotlessly clean. I would stay there again. For the continental breakfast there was a good selection of food. Thanks to all concerned.

We loved the building and decor, and the location was absolutely perfect. We always choose hotels with openable windows (rather than air conditioning) where possible, and this one met that criteria too. The situaution of the the hotel to the train links is good, walking
distance to Richmond is good, approximatly 20mins. The staff are
friendly and the public bar has a comfortable feel and good ambiance.
Although no car park you can park on the side streets from noon until
10am the next day for free.

The hotel was excellent, I had dinner in the restaurant which was
brill, and breakfast was great too. The room was very elegant, and
provided all the extras. The location of the hotel is brilliant, it
took us around 30 minutes to get right into the center of London
(oxford circus) so it was nice to relax and get away from the business
when we came back to the hotel.

Excellent service, very clean and well kept hotel. The facilities were
exceptional the beds were nicely made and the most comfortable beds we
have used during a stay. The breakfast was fresh, hot and varied with a
very good standard of cleanliness. We had asked if the hotel could do
anything for my husband as it was his 40th Birthday....they very kindly

Very comfortable rooms, super water pressure in the showers, staff very helpful and friendly, tons of parking, great location close to Kingston, idea for London, fast and free wireless included in tariff. Originally booked a double and a twin room for our teenage sons, but when we arrived they had arranged 2 doubles. Eventually they sorted out new rooms for us and by way of apology upgraded my husband and myself to an executive room. We were impressed by their attitude to customer service. The room was beautiful with everything you could want - Nespresso machine, fresh milk and water in the fridge, lovely toiletries, large screen tv, comfortable bed with smooth, crisp sheets.
