  It was very professionally ran the food was excellent and the grounds where well maintained. The chairs were also off great comfort. - the comfort and pleasantness of staff. the food was excellent and we adored the spa facilities, better than stobo.

  We both enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. We had a great 5 day break - Friendly and helpful staff, lovely room, would definitely stay thereagain, and would recommend it to others

  We needed an overnight stopover near to Stirling on a Pitlochry to Ludlow journey. This was ideal-no nonsense-good value for money. The feature we liked best was the faultless detailed personalised letter at the property telling us everything logistic that we needed to know.related to our stay. There was plenty of room even with the double bed, two single beds and a cot! The room was completely ready for us including the cot set up and lots of towels. Wall mounted tv with children's channels! Gorgeous setting in a beautiful building. Easy distance from Blair Drummond Safari Park.

  The hotel was very interesting and had a real antique look about it. The bedrooms were well appointed with ;nice soaps towels etc... they even provided Sherry in the room...lovely. The bed was a kingsize madfe of 2 single beds... hence an un comfortable bit in the middle...I hate that but otherwise everything else was fab. Breakfast and service w... vad folk säger » as lovely.... I cant waitto go back for afternoon tea sometime... thanks - The turndown service a night was a nice surprise. We loved also discovering all the different nooks and crannies of the public rooms. Delightful real fires in all public rooms including the dining room give a real country house feel.

  I loved the scottish decor. Ie tartan carpets. Nicely furnished rooms. Friendly family feel. Best night of our holiday with live music from pure malt. Fantastic. Breakfast amazing.
