  The location is superb! I was impressed with the variety of the breakfast selections. The hotel offered a 20% discount on the parking garage, which was only 1 block away from the hotel. - The staff went above and beyond. When they found out our 8 year old daughter was with us, they added a double bed for not extra charge.

  Our accommodation was actually a townhouse over 3 storeys just yards offthe royal mile. It was fantastic-clean and well equipped and would nothesitate to recommend it. In fact we plan to use it again very soon. Very good self catering facilities. The flat was provided with clean towels and hair dryers for each room. It even had sky tv. Walking distance to royal mile and the castle. The staff was very attentive and courteous. Enjoyed the stay, I would highly recommend.

  We have sayed in this apartment before and couldn't fault it - the stairs are a bit of a hike (you might think twice before bringing older family members) but the apartment is beautifully situated and well appointed. The kitchen is well catered for and there is plenty of space generally. There's ample bedding but you might prefer to bring extra tow... vad folk säger » els although there are some there.   Due to bad weather and a change in plans, my husband made the booking over the internet for myself and my teenage daughter as we arrived in Edinburgh late at night. He chose the Bank Hotel as it had a late check-in.
