We booked a one night stay to extend our holiday in Norfolk as the weather was so good. A b&b above a pub is the PERFECT venue. The room was clean, cosy, the staff friendly and helpful. We had great breakfasts, and partook of evening meals and a few drinks in the pub. The other two rooms were also rented by people from the Blenheim craft show only 5 minutes away (we were attending as exhibitors) so not only was the venue convenient and the staff lovely, we got to know the other residents too!! there was nothing to disslike , the staff were very nice we were looked after very well, very nice clean rooms and would stay there again next time we went to great yarmouth, would not change anything -

Impressively sits on a bit of a hill with a Baronial look about it. Stayed in this hotel a couple of years ago and since the new owners have it they've spent a lot of money on it and spent it well. Was impressed with the room and bathroom fittings as well as the new bar area.

I liked everything about this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and well furnished. The bathroom was modern and everything worked fine. The owner and staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was very good and served from 8.30 onwards. The hotel had a cosy bar and adequate free on site car parking. All in all, a five star experience for a two star price.

The hotel is excellent value for money. It is located just 3-5 minutes from the railway station. It has modern rooms. We were accomodated in a twin room and 2 single rooms. All rooms were well equipped and very clean. The breakfast was fine. The bar was a good place for relaxation. What I also liked: you couldn't hear your neighbours from the other rooms, everything was quiet.

The staff demonstrated genuine care and consideration when I was taken ill a few hours before depature. They helped in every way possible. This assistance removed stress and facilitated a sufficient recovery for me to leave with only a short delay and good memories of my time with them.
