  staff were great, really helpful. hotel bed was comfortable. swimming pool was small but lovely and warm. Breakfast was great, very filling, plenty of choice, cooked breakfast was very hot.   The rooms are very modern and kept very clean, the hotel staff were excellent, very helpful and polite, the overall experience was great. would definately stay at The Holiday Inn Norwich City again and would reccomend. - Friendly staff, excellent food, cleanliness of room. Great area for shopping and eating out.

  The reception team were very friendly and helpful, particulary Kerri and Emma. The room was large and comfortable. The price we paid was a bargain. Short drive to the city centre and very close to the hospital. Will definately stay here again when next in the area. - The staff were helpful and gave clear directions along a short cut to save us time... vad folk säger » . We were offered a discount voucer for cooked breakfast which convinced us to stay longer and relax in the spa in the morning. Room was clean and comfy.

  The individual styles of the rooms. Comfortable beds. Tasty breakfast. Beautiful gardens (although mostly obscured by rain when we were there). Good location right by the cliff top gardens and a path down to the beach. - Clean rooms, location, very nice dining room. Only had breakfast (full english), but it was well done.

  friendly staff and amiable atmosphere - I liked the friendly and relaxing atmosphere in the hotel. The food was very good especially the breakfast. And the evening meal was far superior to the previous Best Western we stayed at. There was also plenty of room in the car park which was good to see after travelling a long way.

  obliging staff who were happy to help during our staff. Parking ample. Good quality beer at the bar and we ate in the hotel for an evening meal which was excellent. - I did not stay, I booked the room on behalf of my elderly parents. Staff very friendly.
