The desk staff were outstandingly helpful upon my arrival. Having arrived unexpectedly early, following a Iengthy night of driving, I was very impressed with their genuine efforts to accommodate me, and their friendly, "happy to help" approach. Both men are a credit to the establishment.

Great location. Close to the freeway entrance and close to the town of Rochester as well, but yet hidden away in a quiet location across from the Medway river. Rooms were compact but spacious and clean. Not too much noise at all, so you got a good night's sleep and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The rates were very reasonable as well, so all in all, we would stay there again for sure

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Air conditioning in the roomwas excellent and the room was well appointed, including having an ironand hair dryer. There was ample car parking. - The chef made an extra special effort to provide a vegan menu for ourstay, breakfast included! Was very much appreciated!

We liked the comfortable bed and the decorations of the room. The soap in the wall containers. Having a lift was a plus. The attractive Harvester Inn, the menu and the staff at the Harvester were all pleasant. The fish and chips were cooked to perfection. Convenient location for Canterbury, Whitstable and Herne Bay.

location, amenities in the room - The hotel has a good position on the sea front and at the time we were there very quiet. We had especially good food, lots of fresh vegetables and the roast beef was some of the best we have ever had. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The service was brilliant. We stayed with other members of family and had a meal in the restaurant which was great. The waiter who was assigned to us was fantastic and dealt with us in a friendly manner even when we changed things!! Brand new with smiley staff and their own restaurant which was excellent food and cheap compared to places in town. Ideal location for our visit to heritage/library for research. seem to be a friendly hotel in a nice spot by the harbour - Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Room light and airy, very efficient heating, clean newly decorated. Tasty breakfast, good choice of food and beverages. Sunday night kitchen kept open for us to eat at a time that suited us.

Everyone was extremely friendly and more than happy to help. The Hotel is a 10 minute walk from the City Centre but in dire weather (as was this weekend) taxi's are happy to pick up/drop off. - Only stayed overnight but impressed with the helpfulness of the staff, especially reception when booking in.
