  Everything about the Charlotte Street Hotel impressed us - the hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, the staff were excellent, and the room was perfect. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a deluxe room, which made the trip even more special. The list is endless this was the most wonderful place to stay in the UK if you want a city break.

  Perfect location, very close to Trafalgar Square and picadilly Circus. Booked Deluxe room and were upgraded to Junior Suite. Biegest Hotel room I've ever seen in London! Spacious bathroom with seperate shower, lixurious bathtub with Tv!!! ;) Excellent minibar. Fantastic and really huge beds. Perfect breakfast. All in all very good value for mon... vad folk säger » ey. We will definitely stay again at the Haymarket Hotel. - Our deluxe room was beautiful and quirky (also the rest of the hotel). Amenities were complete (miller harris toiletries smelled great, good size too). Concierge and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Free fast wifi and buffet breakfast were great too. Good west end theatres within comfortable walking distance (to watch Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera and soon The Book of Mormon).

  Laura was wonderfully friendly and helped out in all sorts of unexpected ways. She removed an ink stain somehow acquired while travelling and helped with calling multiple cousins. The room was wonderful, very comfortable, quiet, and had modern shower facilities. My IPhone charger blew out and she helped w subsequent fuse recovery and charging. Hig... vad folk säger » hly recommended and I would recommend her for this profession if she moves on (they're closing or changing management, sigh). - Great place, very nice house, great service, quiet, clean, close to thje train station, veryu nice neighborhood.
