  Everything about the Charlotte Street Hotel impressed us - the hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, the staff were excellent, and the room was perfect. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a deluxe room, which made the trip even more special. The nice small touches personalised hand written welcome card and gifts, washroom accessories, mini bar facilities, honesty bar, the staff. The list is endless this was the most wonderful place to stay in the UK if you want a city break.

  Perfect location, very close to Trafalgar Square and picadilly Circus. Booked Deluxe room and were upgraded to Junior Suite. Biegest Hotel room I've ever seen in London! Amenities were complete (miller harris toiletries smelled great, good size too). Concierge and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Free fast wifi and buffet breakfast were great too. Good west end theatres within comfortable walking distance (to watch Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera and soon The Book of Mormon).

  Everything is just perfect from the moment you step through the door. The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and complimentary birthday patiserries. If you are looking for - Class, sophistication and elegance. The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The Artesian Bar makes the best cocktails in the world. The food at Roux (2 x Michellin Stars) is superb. Afternoon tea in the Palm Court is an absolute must. Gym, sauna, steam room, pool and spa pool are all very well equipped.   Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room.
