From the minute we stepped foot in the hotel the service was amazing. We
had 2 rooms £35 each which was a bargain and the staff couldn't do
enough for you. In the morning another helpful member of staff helped us
to get bus tickets to the airport and guided us to a table to take a

The cost was really good for a family of 4. The bathroom was pretty big. There were some vending machines just in case you wanted to buy a snack. The Costa coffee and the bar were really cosy. Breakfast was not amazing, just fine. No noise from outside but terrible from the corridor. Really confortable bed, although it was quite hard so someone may not like it. Staff really nice. I'd go back, for a night or for a week, as we stayed. Location was good as it was next to M25.

The location. Very close to East Croydon station - which catching a fast train to Victoria or London bridge is 10-12mins - fantastic! You can be in centre of town - just like that!! The staff, you also have deal in your restaurant that is similar to wheterspoons - meals for two - so you don't really need to travel far. The hotel is user- friend

The hotel was spotless, the staff friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable and laid out very well. As the hotel is I would expect nothing less. I hope this remains the same as it was a real pleasure staying here. The Holiday Inn express in Croydon could learn alot about cleaning standards and customer care from this hotel

The hotel is about 20 minutes from Hyde Park by bus 16 or 98. Very conveniently located near walking distance to Starbucks and convenience stores. The front desk staff is very helpful and accommodating. My friends and myself will most definitely will be going to be booking this hotel. -

We stayed on three occasions for a total of eleven nights during June
& July 2013.
The hotel is situated in a "business area" with the popular Borough Market nearby. It is within walking distance of the underground and many of London's tourist attractions. We always felt safe walking in the area.

20mins) then 10 mins on foot to Horseguards parade and onto Trafalgar

Location was excellent and easily accessible. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had many nights of sound sleep. very friendly staff, tube station literally in front of the door, at a busy street but double windows protect well from noise, air conditioned, recently refurbished and a good restaurant inside. perfect for a city trip to London. We had the car parked in a covered spot so it did not get hot, parking fee was very reasonable. Large, fresh and very tasty breakfast buffet. Kids eat for free! we would definitely go again.

It was clean and airy, room was a good size, air conditioning and heating excellent.

Guest house is spotless and I mean completely!! Maggie was lovely and friendly. I was working at King's Cross and this location was perfect for me as its only 15 mins on the tube from Tottenham Hale to KC. Rooms small but functional. Double bed was comfy. The kitchen had all the utilities you would require if maybe staying for a few days. Garden was lovely and table and chairs are covered by a canopy (perfect for smokers). I didn't hear any noise after 2230. I would definitely stay here again e
