  Laura was wonderfully friendly and helped out in all sorts of unexpected ways. She removed an ink stain somehow acquired while travelling and helped with calling multiple cousins. The room was wonderful, very comfortable, quiet, and had modern shower facilities. My IPhone charger blew out and she helped w subsequent fuse recovery and charging.   Our room was lovely. The staff could not have been nicer. Upon our arrival theater tickets were ordered for us. We only had one night in London but were free the following day. The hotel stored our luggage and arranged transportation to the airport later that afternoon. The afternoon tea was just ok, but the setting was great. The breakfast was also wonderful. I loved having tea in the sitting room at the end of a day touring London. My room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom modern. I would definately stay again.

  First of all I'd like to thank the staff of the hotel, they're extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are very good taste designed, comfortable with everything you may need.   We needed a comfortable hotel near Aldgate and HAC, as we were meeting friends in Aldgate and going to a dinner at HAC. This hotel looks and feels brand new but has actually been open for years. We especially appreciated that they had shower facilities for us to use since we arrived several hours before our room would be ready.   Everything very smooth and an oasis to have so much space in comparison to the ordinary hotel room in London. Good shower and toiletries! Location is perfect, about a minutes walk to the tube (served by multiple lines), loads of shops and eateries around but off the main street, so nice and quiet. We could leave our bags in the hotel on the last day and were even given plenty of time to charg - Melissa at the reception was terrific. She was very helpful and accommodating. She received a parcel for me and it was waiting in the apartment when we got back from Paris. The location is excellent. A 3-minute walk from Earl's Court station which has the Piccadilly and district lines stopping here so it's super convenient. There is a Sainsbury local, the co-operative and M&S near the station (for food supplies) plus a Boots and a stationery shop. Lots of eateries too.

  It's a cross between a hotel and and apartment which allows you to be very flexible with regard to cooking your own meals, getting a takeaway (which can be delivered according to the literature in my room) or going out to one of the many eateries at the Westfield Centre which is where the hotel is located. Its right in the mall so shopping was within very easy access and we didn't have to take our jackets out for shopping when it got cold.
