The staff was very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping filled up the welcome tray day by day for free. The WiFi was free as well. There was an iPod dock which also had an alarm function.

has jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Swimming pool is small (not the
average 25m- but that's not a bad thing when you just want to
chill!). Right next to croydon town centre for food and shopping. Next
to trams and bus stops (some buses are 24 hour) and East Croydon station
with fast trains to Victoria and London Brigde which each take approx.
15Mins. Most importantly, the rooms are clean. Some of the rooms are

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was open plan with two double beds but had 2 ensuite showers which was a definite bonus. Most of the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay which we very much appreciated. The location was great, very easy to get to either from Lond

Helpful staff, quiet on courtyard view, clean, cooking for ourselves saved money so made the price reasonable compared to hotel and cost of eating out. Staff arranged adjacent room for our family so we all met for family gathering. We will return. Near enough for river & Eye, Aquarium, Tower Bridge. Local area is interesting renovated old warehouses.

This is the second time we have stayed at The Sanctuary House and was again fantastic, if not better. We stayed in an executive room so got a four post king size bed that you can get lost in and would recommend paying the little extra for the executive rooms. Ligger mitt i hjärtat av London och till ett mycket överkomligt pris! har bott där en gång förut och jag var lika nöjd den här gången! Man har nära till allt och personalen är jättetrevlig - Jag lyckades få ett stort rum vilket gladde mig mycket och bidrog till min positiva upplevelse av hotellet!

Included breakfast is easy going self-serve (coffee from the machine is a bit meh)
Bathroom is well stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel which is always handy given the restrictions on liquids when flying. On that note, the shower in the room was excellent -

- Very clean, room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed every time.
- Beautiful hotel for those who want a "classy" hotel with good prices.
- The staff was very friendly and they really knew what they were doing.
- Room contained every thing we needed: television screen, small table, a sofa bed, an iron, an air conditioner, etc ...
- Bathroom was really clean and good.

Central London location, close to Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall, although not that close to any tube station. I had a single room with ensuite, which was nice. Can access rooms via a lift, which is good. There is a walk to breakfast, but not a problem. Liked the communal atmosphere - the uni bar is at the bottom of the courtyard and people sit around on the grass enjoying a beverage.

On arriving at South Kensington tube station, we followed the directions towards Imperial College and after a straight forward check-in we were directed to our room which although small, was absolutely fine. The location was superb as a base for sightseeing London and shopping (Harrods in walking distance!). Great for families wanting to visit the museums as they are on its doorstep (museums were fantastic!). The rooms although small are modern, clean and have opening windows, and nice ensuite shower.
Staff friendly and breakfast menu offered a lot of choice.
Everything was in close proximity to bedrooms, (refectory, swimming pool, bar and restaurant).

Wonderful flat near to the center with good neighbourhood and accomodations. Everything is near. Very comfortable, cosy, amazing view and location. Enjoyed our holiday in that flat and didn't want to leave. Everything is just as described. Thank you very much!
