  The welcome we received on arrival was excellent the breakfast was plentlfull and good (including the scrambled egg)a parking spot was provided although it did not come with room package,Many thanks to Bev and Ian for making our stay a pleasant one - The Hollies was beautifully situated.   The room was clean and fresh and comfortable and spotlessly maintained by housekeeping. ALL the staff were genuine and friendly, but not imposing. The location was absolutely perfect - directly adjacent to Harlyn Bay, you can hear the surf from the patio in the evening, there are several other fab beaches within a short distance from the hotel.   Everything. Location was perfect. Views were perfect. Shack was so clean and tidy and provided everything you needed. The access to toilets showers and food was so easy. The price was extremely fair. The staff were so helpful and extremely accomodating. By far thee best place I have ever stayed in the UK by a country mile and cannot wait to retur... vad folk säger » n. - Our stay was fantastic throughout. Staff were friendly and very helpful when we asked for an extension of stay. The shack itself is beautifully located right on the beach. It's clean and warm enough in summer.

  Me and my family stayed in a family room which had ample room and space for clothes and 3 of us. My daughter loved the freeview flat screen tv, and we all thought the staff were vary nice and polite. Also the full english breakfast was great. - The staff were all very friendly, helpfully and polite. The rooms were a lovely size, very warm and clean... vad folk säger » . The bar and restaurant were great value for money, the food was delicious, we didn't have one bad meal. A most enjoyable stay.

  Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Handy location for picking up the coastal path going west. Nice part of town. Views from the room were stunning. - Great location with views from the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast overlooking the bay. Id stay here again without hesitation.

  The freedoom to enter and exit the hotel at any time, also meal service, staff preformed well in the dinning room, service was good. Bar staff were friendly and pleasent. - the hotel was extremely quiet, which meant you had a good nights sleep, although this was probably due to the fact the majority of guests seemed to be over 70.

  The hotel was fabulous. The room was to the highest standard. The dining area was tranquil, the food was served quickly and piping hot. Although I did not use the spa I asked to be shown round it, it to looked amazing. The staff were very helpful and ready with information re the hotel/spa and the surrounding area of St Austell.
