Friendly staff who were extremely helpful. Good location with a beautiful park across the road. The room was clean and comfortable. We took our dog & she was very welcomed. We were able to take her into the bar & restaurant. The staff are all very good & so was the food. There was a lot of it! It was really good value for money a little dated, but I think that's what keeps the price down 10 out of 10!

Staff were helpful & friendly, the common rooms & bedroom were decent and well maintained. The hotel was correct value for money and I would stay there again. I usually stay in the centre of St Peter Port but in future I will enjoy a quieter location using taxi and/or my legs!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our bedroom overlooked the sea - lovely view. Although small, the pool is an added attraction.There is a great promenade behind the hotel running along the sea-front.. - The indoor swimming pool was pleasant, and quiet. I booked this hotel on reading the reviews of other customers, and I was not disapointed. It was a very well run and friendly hotel, both management and staff went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely holiday, the food was suberb and good value for money,I don;t know how anyone can be unhappy with the breakfast as everything was on offer.

The location of this hotel was ideal for us, it was quiet and only 10 min walk down to the main shopping area. The room was larger than i was expecting as we only booked the standard. It was very comfortable place to stay. We did not use the restaurant, but if the breakfast is anything to go by, then it would be well worth it, we were out and about most of the day and tended to eat where we were.

the excellent standard of the food and the quantity and variety. This was served by very attentive staff. the room was clean with adequate storage for clothes and the washing facilities were good plenty of hot water. there was no noise from other guests. I would rate it higher than the 2 star rating and comparing it to the hotel my sister was staying which was a three star we would say it was much more guest friendly nothing was too much trouble if information was requested.
