  Central location, the room was comfortable and clean, reception staff helpful. I would definitely use this hotel again. - Very welcoming and helpful staff. Terrific breakfasts. Great to have its own car park. What a lovely place Oxford is!

  We have learned that in England if you have a car you need to check tosee if there is parking at the Hotel. We have recently stayed in Bathand had to pay 8 pounds per day to park the car at the back of the b andB. So, the fact that the hotel has parking and is not far from the busstop made it convenient for getting into the city of Oxford. - Our ro... vad folk säger » om 223 was warm and the bed very comfortable on a freezing weekend, the receptionists were very helpful and friendly, the position for Oxford was good. Apart from a couple of negative points our stay was enjoyable and we would come back again,

  The overall ambience of the hotel. Friendly staff. Clean, fresh room decoration. We also enjoyed the location with a bonus of a restaurant overlooking woodland. Close to Oxford/A34 and Park and Ride but far enough away fso that road noise and city life, does not intrude. - Very welcoming and attentive to guests requirements, my birthday was made... vad folk säger » especially nice. Although we could not stay a second night, alternative accomodation was recommended to us.

  The young man who checked both myself and my colleague into the hotel was extremely good at Customer Service. He appreciated that we were two ladies on our own and did not disclose our room vicinity verbally but instead wrote down on a piece of paper exactly where our rooms were located due to the fact that there were 4 gentlemen checking in at th... vad folk säger » e same time. The customer service and general politeness of all staff can only be commended (this includes all staff working in the Beefeater Restaura - Helpfulness of staff. Design of room, cleanliness, comfort. Access to bus stop. A bit of a walk, but worth it not to have to drive. Disability friendliness. Although we didn't need the Disability access of our room, it looks as though it was very well designed with no gaps for access.
