I liked the layout of apartment in a nice area, the beds are really comfortable. There is a pretty little seating area outside to enjoy and although it's at the front of house, you don't feel overlooked. Nice view of owners garden from bedroom and pretty patio in sitting room.The landlady was really friendly. Great value for money and only about fifteen minute walk to the city centre. We found the annexe to be a great place to stay. Perfect for what we needed in that it is close to the city, clean, comfortable and good value. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We had a great night's sleep because it was so quiet. In the morning we were able to walk into the city very easily (10mins). Would definitely stay here again.
I chose The City Annexe based largely on its excellent reviews and it did not disappoint! It was perfect for a couple of night's stay for me and my teenage daughter, for visiting my older daughter at uni, shopping and exploring the beautiful city. I am sure we will return during the next 4 years! Thank you, Liz.
Lovely little self-contained apartment, spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable, delicious breakfast, it was bitterly cold out when we stayed and the owners went to a lot of trouble to keep us warm and snug, even got me some flowers for my birthday, had great break, thankyou.
The location was excellent for shopping in Norwich. The owner was very friendly and helpful. As the annexe is self- contained we could get up and have breakfast whenever we wanted. The Annexe was very clean and warm.
We would definitely book up again next year.
Location. Value for money. Super continental breakfast! Cosy. Honestly enough room for my husband, myself and 25 year old daughter! More privacy than all in one room. Small but we had 2 cosy rooms seperated by slim hallway and shower room. Very friendly hosts.
Excellent accommodation, very comfortable bed! The host was very
friendly and welcoming after an exceptionally long day, nothing was too
much trouble. The annexe has everything you could want for a short stay,
would thoroughly recommend!.

Quiet. Very friendly. Walking distance to city. Close to countryside. Relaxed. Uncluttered. Easy parking. Pleasant outdoor space to sit in. It was perfect for us and our needs.

The nice curved shower felt alittle snug to move arms around properly. No complementary toiletries in bathroom, not really an issue as brought our own. I feel these are minor issues and didn't put me off enjoying the apartment.
