We absolutely loved the apartment, its cleanliness and facilities. Much attention to fine detail. Great to see. Suited our requirements perfectly. Handy for City centre also. Met all our expectations and more.was one of the highlights of our two day trip to Norwich with our theatre company. Thank you. We got upgraded by the manager, who was extremely helpful and friendly. We needed 2 car parking spaces so she found one close by for us at no extra cost. The house was superb, decorated out very modernly and was in a quiet location despite being so close to the city centre.

Would stay here again. But would complain next time if apartment not as clean as it should be. We stayed at the old Norfolk and Norwich Hospital.Apartment was excellent except for 2 concerns-many lights were not working and there was no comfortable chair/settee. Thank you Brian Oertel. Staff were very helpful and showed us round the apartment. It was clean and comfortable with all mod cons. Bathrooms were clean and tidy and the apartment had nice furnishings. Good sized apartment, everything you could need, great location. Only gripe would be lack of natural light (design fault) and reading lights in bedroom and sitting room. Very good location for walking into the centre of Norwich, clean and very good security, good value for money. Lovely accomodation.Very clean and in a good location.Only thing missing was a hairdryer which is a must..... free upgrade to a three bed new build house nearby, was amazing! would certainly go again and use same people. We struggled to get confirmation about where to obtain keys, however when I finally got through to someone after being given private mobile number at 9.30pm the night before, it was all sorted quickly. We were given upgrade from two bed city appartment to 4 bed house on a housing estate! While house was quite new, it for us wasn't an upgrade and wasn't really the quick breakaway in the city my friend and I had anticipated. It was a bizarre feeling and didn't provide the modern, swanky appartmen. Flat was fine, good location and potentially very comfortable but let down by maintenance and cleaning staff and local rep (Sam) who was indifferent. good location and quite comfortable with parking available. proximity to to city centre. Location. Cant think of anything negative about the City Break. The beds were not all comfortable and the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. Unfortunately the actual apartment was not as clean as i would have expected. There were crumbs between the cushions on the couch, the carpet throughout was very worn,as was the kitchen floor lining. I think it just needed a good deep clean to bring it up to the standard you would expect as a paying guest. top of toaster was rusty, some crockery cracked and worn. If these things were rectified, i would definitely recommend to friends. One of the beds were very hard but that was the only bad thing, everything else was fantastic. Last minute suggestion I was being upgraded for free, although I ended up in the place I thought I was booking anyway. Lack of clarity on the website perhaps?. No toaster, more than one toilet would have been handy!. only small detail.... didn't manage to personally speak to apartment/house manager, only managed to contact via text and email. One bed was really uncomfortable, you could feel every spring, it only needs a topper and it would be fine. Slight lack of communication on day of arrival and organisation of keys. I tried ringing about 30 times but no answer. Did eventually get a text to say the key was under the mat where we had waited for an hour. that text could have been sent earlier in the day. Wifi did not work. nothing bad to report. No wifi working, minimal kitchen untensils available. No internet access as requested. letsbookhotel.com failed to make correct arrangements for check-in. Lacked personality, was not suitable upgrade, difficult to find house. Wished we had stayed in appartment as originally planned. Flat dirty, long hair in bathroom, kitchen floor sticky, microwave filthy, bulbs missing from 3 lamps. One dirty show left in airing cupboard next to "clean" towels. Contacted rep immediately and she was dismissive to say the least. No follow up on dirt or missing facilities. bit noisy every time the corridor door opened the door to our flat rattled - they need to seal the doors better. also 3 light bulbs out of 4 in the lounge did not work...cutlery and saucepans a bit basic. the parking facility at the initial meet was not efficient, I was not informed that parking was restricted and that if one parks in the wrong area you can be fined 100.00. Though where i parked was where I was instructed to park. Was not in the accomadation I booked moved to a house no contact with owner, living stank of cigarette smoke tap in kitchen completly loose as in both bathrooms, smoke detector in hallway not working, lights in living room and all three bedrooms not working.
