The pool attendant was also very helpful in his manner and advice as to what to see and do in the city and the pool and leisure facilties were spotless and a joy to use.

letsbookhotel.com. Despite a misunderstanding between letsbookhotel.com and the
hotel which we only discovered on the morning of 10 April, our booking
was honored and confirmed prior to arrival. Our B&B package was
great value for money and we had a lovely view over the Tyne into the
bargain! We would gladly recommend this hotel & package to friends
& family. Great service, good food & immaculate accommodation.

Brilliant staff - consumate professionals and very friendly; they could not have been more helpful despite the ungodly hour at which we arrived. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the staff were very polite and helpful. There were 11 of us on a stag weekend and the staff told us all the best places to go and the best way around the city. The food was very nice and reasonably priced. - the meals were delicious...especially the buffet breakfast with hangover, and all rooms are love

Location and the guy at reception was fabulous; he gave us loads of local information which was useful when we went out [for a rugby match we got travel directions, for going out for tea we got a map highlighting all the top places to eat and when we went out in the evening he gave us a map with all the best places to go out and also the printed ad

The location was absolutely perfect for us as we were on a night out andit took just minutes walk to the bars and club we went to, it was alsojust a short walk from the train station. Also, the staff were very kindand helpful and even let us leave our bags there after we'd checked outas our train wasn't until late. The beds were very comfy as well.
