  Location and the guy at reception was fabulous; he gave us loads of local information which was useful when we went out [for a rugby match we got travel directions, for going out for tea we got a map highlighting all the top places to eat and when we went out in the evening he gave us a map with all the best places to go out and also the printed ad... vad folk säger » dress of the hotel incase we got 'lost']. - The staff were very polite and helpful both me and my wife were very impressed . i have stayed a lot of hotels but the attitude of the staff in newcastle was very impressive they made our stay very pleasurable even the manager asked if we had a good night

  Very modern apartment, all facilities it was like being at home but in the best location in the centre of Newcastle. Nothing was too much for the owner who met and greeted us, wont be staying in a hotel again this was spot on for us. - Excellent location near shops, restaurants and transport facilities.   Very good value for money, staff were very friendly and helpful even posted my belongings I left behind free for me. Very good location, easy to access main nightlife. Basic but clean everything you would need for a weekend away with your friends, and more than you would expect for the price that we paid. There are only four rooms and we had three... vad folk säger » which made it feel like was our own flat! So no problems with noise or music. Bar downstairs, cheap drinks and entertainment at weekends.
