Very modern apartment, all facilities it was like being at home but in the best location in the centre of Newcastle. Nothing was too much for the owner who met and greeted us, wont be staying in a hotel again this was spot on for us. -

This place is excellent value for money. It's about 5 mins from
central station and about 5 mins from the gate and night life. Room was
perfect. Had telly and provided towels for everyone. Shower was amazin.

The staff were lovely and the ware rooms bar below was lively yet also
great fun. Breakfast was standard continental but you can get a
fantastic fry up for £6. We were a hen party and the bar staff found
us our own room for some party games and were very accommodating. If
you want to mix with other groups and are happy to make friends with
the other guests, this is the place to be. It's ideally located
for the quayside and the shops and for a budget holiday / weekend

I like the Central nature of apartments unlike those on the Quay - the people watching through the windows was amazing - A little lively at night but hey yo are City Centre - The apartments are 100 metres from the Monument metro stop with easy and I mean easy access to Airport and Station. ... vad folk säger » way and tens of cafes/bars and eateries. - Fantastic apartment in brilliant location. Shoppers just could not find anywhere more appropriate. Staff were very friendly and our group of four girls felt we were staying in someone's flat, not a hotel. We would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely book a "girlies" trip again next year.

Location and the guy at reception was fabulous; he gave us loads of local information which was useful when we went out [for a rugby match we got travel directions, for going out for tea we got a map highlighting all the top places to eat and when we went out in the evening he gave us a map with all the best places to go out and also the printed ad

This is the third time I've had an overnight stay at this hotel in about 6 weeks. It is superb value for money. Very modern/contemporary design - clean and unfussy. Rooms are designed with the younger traveller in mind and are clever with space. I was most impressed by the service at this hotel - friendly, reliable, quick. Good food on the menu

I use the Sleeperz hotels quite frequently and the service in the Newcastle Hotel is by far the best service I have ever seen, Hotel staff are superb and really made me feel welcome, even the security gaurd in the evening was very welcoming and friendly. I checkeed in earlier that expected with no additional charge, room was spotless and an excellent view over the centre. Excellent team working in this hotel. I look forward to my next stay in this hotel the first weekend in May.

The hotel was in a great location which meant we could walk easily to shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel room was really good, it was modern and really clean. ... vad folk säger » t way to start the morning. - I only stayed one night but the hotel staff, especially room service who were quick and efficient bringing everything from ice buckets to ironing boards were very helpful. The pool attendant was also very helpful in his manner and advice as to what to see and do in the city and the pool and leisure facilties were spotless and a joy to use.

All very good. Check-in was easy, staff were helpful. Room was clean, comy and good size. Staff in bar and restaurant were very pleasnt and helpful. Surroundings were pretty good too. We ate in the restaurant. The food was fresh, good portions and good value. Breakfast was excellent. Good hotel, great value for money. Location at quayside was good

Spacious, comfortable and neat room. Very friendly and helpful reception desk in particularly the girl at the reception (unfortunately I can't remember her name) who was very helpful when we needed help on a couple of occasions. Excellent location right next to Tyne bridge. Everything you need shopping, dining, entertainment within walking distance! We enjoyed our stay there.
