  Central location, the room was comfortable and clean, reception staff helpful. I would definitely use this hotel again. - Very welcoming and helpful staff. Terrific breakfasts. Great to have its own car park. What a lovely place Oxford is!

  The hotel is very close to the rail and bus stations and also to downtown. Although we arrived early in the morning we were allowed to leave the laggage in the bar and go to visit the town.   The hotel is very central to Oxford and as close as you are going to get without paying a lot more. It is a fairly easy walk up to most things in Oxford. There is no manned reception so it might be a bit hard to check in at times. The breakfast was good value for money. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was also well situated and a short walk to the city. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the White House to our friends and family. - A well run, welcoming, clean guest house ideally situated within easy walking distance of the city centre and the train and bus stations. Friendly staff and full English breakfast included in room rate. Happy to recommend and I would certainly stay there again.

  Our twin room was clean, and decorated in a modern fashion. The beds were super comfy and all the linen & towels as pristine as you would expect. Very welcoming host and the breakfast room modern. The buses run really frequently and costs - The staff were incredibly nice and friendly, offering coffee if you were sitting in the common area and making individual portions of English breakfast for each guest in the morning. The building has character and is pretty, with a really nice veranda where breakfast is served. The location was pretty convenient - about 20 minutes from the center of the city.
