I would happily stay here again at twice the price! - Enjoyed staying here and would do so again! Very modern and the staff exceptionally friendly! Always willing to help and make our stay comfortable! The concierge had amazing suggestions for restaurants and walks - we followed his ideas and had a wonderful time.   Nothing was too much trouble. Service was excellant. Lovely bar to enjoy a drink. Complementry bottles of water. Great being able to have a spa treatment after hectic day shopping/sightseeing. The quality of the egg fritatta and the asian broth was outstanding. Room service was faster than normal each time, service , gym was nice and I really enjoyed the location.   When I realized that London hotel rooms are very, very small, I found the 9 Hertford Street apartment hotel. It's location is excellent: just off Piccadilly st., very close to Green Park underground station that brings you anywhere (including to and from Heathrow airport with the Piccadilly line) , a 25 minutes walk to Oxford st. The bedroom has a large bed and plenty of storage space, the ki - Great location close to everything the city has to offer yet nestled in a nice village setting. Friendly staff who welcome feedback. Very comfortable hotel, good kitchen, comfortable beds, cabs at your front door and staff who still carry bags to your room and hail you a cab. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.   The hotel is very nice, the staff were excellent, the food was good, but i did think the breakfast was a bit expensive at £28 per person. - friendly staff, we lost the key and no problems replacing it, concierge helped with many telephone enquiries,
