  Nothing was too much trouble. Service was excellant. Lovely bar to enjoy a drink. Complementry bottles of water. Great being able to have a spa treatment after hectic day shopping/sightseeing. The quality of the egg fritatta and the asian broth was outstanding. Room service was faster than normal each time, service , gym was nice and I really enjoyed the location.   When I realized that London hotel rooms are very, very small, I found the 9 Hertford Street apartment hotel. It's location is excellent: just off Piccadilly st., very close to Green Park underground station that brings you anywhere (including to and from Heathrow airport with the Piccadilly line) , a 25 minutes walk to Oxford st.   The hotel is very nice, the staff were excellent, the food was good, but i did think the breakfast was a bit expensive at £28 per person. - friendly staff, we lost the key and no problems replacing it, concierge helped with many telephone enquiries,
