The couple who run St James' are lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were nicely decorated, comfortable and well equipped.Breakfast was well cooked with a choice of kippers as well as full English , good selection of cereal and plenty of toast. The small lift was a godsend as my Father-in-law, who was with us, is disabled.Well stocked

The owners have made a great effort in the 4 years they have had the hotel to improve the facilities and create a lovely very clean small hotel, which is in a great location on the promenade and very close to shops and resort centre, without being so close that there is any noise disturbance. The hotel also has a lift.

The owners couldn't be more welcoming when we arrived, went out their way to help and accomodate us any way they could . Breakfast was usually served at 9 am but on the sunday they had our breakfast ready at 6.30 am as we had a competition to get to, many thanks as you and your hospitality made our trip to blackpool a great success .
