  The gentleman who owned the hotel was very polite from the start. We were upgraded to a larger room because the hotel was quiet and the hotel itself was spotlessley clean. The hotel was fresh and smelt lovely throughout. The breakfast was lovely and a good size and again the dining area could not be faulted.   The staff were a friendly couple of men but lacked a little on personal appearance, they refuse stag/hen parties so you can be sure of a safe family b&b. the location is within 1 min of funny girls, 4 min to see front, 10 min to tower. They went all out to make us feel welcome n put a mini disco on for the 5 people in that night. Very pleasant... vad folk säger » worth the price but don't pay cheapest price and expect the ritz as rooms are basic but clean! - Everything, gorgeous breakfast with flexible timing and the largest spread I've seen. Very helpful and friendly host. All in all, great value, superb location and everything I wanted and needed for my mini break!

  I had a fantastic value short break at Hotel Vienna with my daughter. In a good location near the north pier not to far from the town centre and the Tower. The full english breakfasts are brilliant! Fresh cooked for you when ordered with plenty of toast, tea, coffee and plenty of juices, yogurt, fruit and cereal to choose from if you dont fancy th... vad folk säger » e cooked breakfast (why on earth you wouldn't I don't know...too good to miss!) The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment so is a bit dated decor wise b - The hotel vienna is currently going through a £100,000 reburbishment but you would never have known it as the hotel is well run and clean, the staff are very friendly and always had a smile on their faces, there was entertainment on in the evenings but unfortunately we had prebooked tickets to see other shows but heard it was a great night. The breakfast we received each morning was freshly cooked by the owner and lovely (a great way to get you started for your day out in blackpool). Definately

  The management and staff were really friendly and helpful. they offered information and really made our weekend break as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. They told us about the fireworks display and how to see the illuminations and directions to the shops. This was a big help when we were only there for a short time. Great stay. Staff couldn't do eno - The hotel was clean, friendly, great location. Was quiet as well which was good as it ment we could sleep off our hangovers. The room was lovely, comfy beds, and the staff were great kept asking if we needed anything, bins emptied everyday when needed, coffee making facillitys filled up when needed.

  From when i entered the hotel i was greeted by the owner,he was very polite and paid attention to me,he checked me in then offered to carry my bag to the room,he also showed me to the room. The room was very clean,it was at the rear of the building.   The price and location. We only needed a bed for one night as we were at the George Formby Convention at the Imperial hotel which was 5mins walk away. Our room was basic but clean and comfortable. Full English breakfast in the morning for a fiver was excellent! - Clean and great value. Warm friendly welcome. Bed was very comfy.   The owner were very helpful and have everything you need. Plenty of rooms for family and groups. But note they are kept separate sides of the house( two house as one) well lite out side. Breakfast is great time 9 am til 9.30. Basic but lovely. The only issue is the parking but you are near roads you can park down. You can park in there road 1st co... vad folk säger » me 1st serve. Rooms where great. We are told that they are slowly decorating whilst stirring in there nice welcome bar lounge. All in all great. - The room was small but far exceeded expectations given the price. Clean, fresh, plenty of tea and coffee stuff, good location, bar etc. The staff were absolutely terrific and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Extremely friendly and they definitely went (willingly) above and beyond. I would highly recommend the Atlantis.

  We were very happy with the staff and with our stay, the staff were lovely and friendly, also great company. They were very helpful and very understandable. They made sure we were having a good time and made sure we were comfortable, they sort out any problems straight away which we also liked. - I hate Blackpool, only went for the Rabellian Punk... vad folk säger » Fest. Staff were wonderful to me as I have a walking disability and they put me in their Lodge accommodation ground floor. Well placed for the winter gardens. also the owner moved his car so I could park.
