  The young couple that ran the hotel were friendly and supportive and considering they have only been running the hotel 12 months they are doing a good job as maintaining a big place is difficult to do the shower was nice and hot there was free complimentary tea and coffee freeview tv and in my room I had 2 single beds which was nice my parents had... vad folk säger » a double room they had no issues either so 1 double room and a single room with 2 beds £80 for 2 nights I would call that a bargain , at the end of t - This hotel ain't the Ritz, also they don't charge silly prices like other places in Blackpool... we both didn't find any problems while we stayed for 2 nights in a double room with en suite toilet/shower at a bargain £28 per night (no breakfast included) so for £56 we found it a bargain hotel very close walk to town, the staff couldn't be any friendly and helpful from arrival to leaving, the room had clean bedding and coffee/tea facility's in the room with tv freeveiw. they also provide free Wi

  what more could you ask for!!!, Cheap prices, lovely rooms, bathrooms etc, nice friendly bloke (kevin) running things. Only stayed one night but really enjoyed our family stay here, due to having young children and Blackpool's reputation of being the stag/hen capital of the uk we went back early and sat in the bar with kevin having a good old chat... vad folk säger » , drinks are very reasonably priced as well. Had a lovely full english in the morning and there were many other items available as well from cereals t - The hotel was very clean. The food offered was excellent. The owner was a very pleasant man, who made us most welcome. The room was very comfortable and warm. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits supplied in the room. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

  Very friendly couple! The room was a large family room which was comfortable and spacious for all 4 of us! Modern and clean and was worth the money paid! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone with young kids. The bar was also reasonable priced with snacks for the kids. Due to traffic we didn't get to check in until 11, and had to leave early in the morning, very kind lady (didn't get her name) waited for us to arrive, then made sure we got an early breakfast & called us a cab in the morning.   Gentleman that owns hotel was the nicest and most helpful person you could ever hope to meet, my 87 year old mother had a disabled buggy and he charged it up every night,he never took a penny from us for the kids if they wanted a juice from the bar. He was genuine. Also has a nice indoor pool which kids loved. - the owner seb could not do enough ... vad folk säger » for us even though he looked shattered and had hurt his back! He even let us have the room for the day free because we were not leaving until 8.00pm. The swimming pool was brilliant,lovely and warm.

  We especially liked being greeted by the concierge. Booking in and out was quick and easy. Room was spacious and clean with plenty tea and coffee in the room.
