  Ett fräscht och nyrenoverat hotell. - Wauw, I'm impressed! Room was not very big, but comfortable clean and neat. Many services like 24 hrs roomservice, wide range of tv services like movies internet etc even in my language dutch, good gym, excellent staff, very friendly and quick service, very helpfull. - The staff were extremely helpful and polit... vad folk säger » e. Our room was clean, tidy and the view was excellent. However, we did have trouble finding the entrance to start off, but I was extremely happy with our stay and would definatley come back. Thank you

  The apartment was absolutely excellent;clean, tidy and spacious. Bed was very comfortable, shower was fantastic, heated towels, utensils in kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff, Good location within easy reach of shops and underground stations. Worth every penny and very highly recommended.   Great hotel! it's a lot of years that i go to London and i never see a hotel like this! All very clearness, up to the britain standard. We can enter in our rooms with magnetic cards key, it is very useful. The rooms are fantastic, all in mahogany wood with a large lcd tv on the wall. We had a remote control and a keyboard plugged to the tv and than... vad folk säger » ks to that we could use internet for 2 £ daily. - Hotel was excellent. Modern rooms, small but well designed and comfortable. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant cafe was first class. Rooms well stocked with necessities and towels etc replaced frequently. Great location, shop to one side, small cheaper cafe to the other. 1 minute walk from Paddington tube station where there is an express tube to Heathrow!

  Location was excellent - a short walk from Paddington. Room decor was a high standard with air con and power shower - Good location, near Hyde park, underground station 10 min walk away. Clean room, staff is ok.

  Location is excellent and everything else is good. Overall good value for money but it isn't a budget option. You get what you pay for. - The staff was very helpful, looking things up for us like restaurants and activities and sending the printed info to our room.

  Bra läge, hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Det saknas dock täcke alt filt till barnsängen. Det som erbjöds var en stor tung filt för en vuxensäng. Det hade räckt med en filt i samma storlek som resesängen. Annars mycket hög standard! - Bra lgh för barnfamilj, rent och nära tunnelbana som gjorde det enkelt att ta sig till och från.
