  The apartment was absolutely excellent;clean, tidy and spacious. Bed was very comfortable, shower was fantastic, heated towels, utensils in kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff, Good location within easy reach of shops and underground stations. Worth every penny and very highly recommended.   Great hotel! it's a lot of years that i go to London and i never see a hotel like this! All very clearness, up to the britain standard. We can enter in our rooms with magnetic cards key, it is very useful. The rooms are fantastic, all in mahogany wood with a large lcd tv on the wall. Modern rooms, small but well designed and comfortable. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant cafe was first class. Rooms well stocked with necessities and towels etc replaced frequently. Great location, shop to one side, small cheaper cafe to the other. 1 minute walk from Paddington tube station where there is an express tube to Heathrow!

  Location was excellent - a short walk from Paddington. Room decor was a high standard with air con and power shower - Good location, near Hyde park, underground station 10 min walk away. Clean room, staff is ok.

  Truly excellent. We were upgraded to a 2 bed suit which was superb but event at the full price it will not disappoint. Can not rate the facilities, location and gardens highly enough. - The rather grand entrance sets the scene for the hotel, clean, modern and classy. Friendly staff made our stay most pleasurable.
