This is the best hotel I have stayed in at Blackpool. the owners are soooo friendly and helpful, would definitely go there again. It is spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. first class. - The owners of the hotel were extremely friendly and polite. I'm so glad that I saw the reviews of The Address on letsbookhotel.com and
changed from my usual preference in Blackpool. The welcome I received,
offered tea or coffee and the fact my room was available in the morning
meant I didn't have to "just drop my bag off" but could
leave it in my room. The range of breakfast choices and the quality of

very welcome, even more so when served with a tot of whisky (not forced

Mr. and Mrs. Robinson were very gracious and hospitable hosts; very friendly, kind and sincere!
The B&B was very clean and felt safe. It was only a 5 minute walk into the city centre. I stayed in a small double room, which was cosy and warm. The bathroom was clean and had a heated towel rack - the shower had hot water whenever I needed it and decent water pressure.
Breakfast was made to order, and delicious!
Overall, great value for money and a wonderful experience because of Mr. and Mrs

The staff firtst and foremost, Julie the manager is the friendliest person you could ever meet and the staff are very frienldy too, you are made to feel welcome from start to finish which makes your holiday go smoothly and you go away very happy, this is the second time me and my husband have stayed and it was our wedding anniversary and my husbands birthday, we got cards and cake from the manager our little flower and would highly recommend it to anyone. :) :) :)
