I'd recommend this hotel unreservedly. - The hotel was situated 2 minutes walk from the town centre, with free on street parking. The owner was friendly and inviting. Breakfast and service was very good, with a good choice of foods. The rooms were clean and tidy, with tea and coffee facilities.

  I had booked a small room which proved to be lovely decorated. It was located at the back of the house and had all I could wish for. Teapot, plenty of biscuits, two bottles of water, some chocolates. The bathroom had a shower and had mini bottles of shampoo, shower gel and bodylotion. Location was close to store, pub and downtown.east access to main roads. Need to remember the size of rooms. They were comfortable but most of the rooms if you turn around quickly you run into yourself. They are"small" large people could not fit.

  Ross was an exceptional host. His nature/personality is perfect to be the Host of Royston. His Home/Guest House is warm and inviting as he is what a wonderful time we had plenty of talking, laughter and good times.   The location, the sense of familiarity. Being a solo traveller you felt secure and that if something went wrong there would be help. At breakfast with the other guests, while at separate tables, the host made it feel like a big friendly group. The owners know the area and were very helpful. And they even opened a day early when I arrived earlie... vad folk säger » r than planned! It was a perfect location, felt safe. Loved the entire stay and would go back without a doubt. Joan and Javed were so lovely - and - The staff were incredible. We left early, before breakfast the breakfast hours had started, and they were kind enough to pack us sandwiches and fruit to take with us on the train. The rooms were bright and clean, and both the mattresses and the pillows were deliciously comfortable. (This was in contrast to previous hotels on our trip.) I would very happily stay here again.

  Nice place, friendly staff, great view. - The house is really lovely, clean and warm. The bathroom is in good condition as well. Good location - near the supermarket, information centre, local tour picking up stop and the coach station. And the breakfast is just home-like!

  Absolutely loved the place! Very cosy feel, very comfortable. The host, Russel (and his wife) were very very hospitable. My parents, sister and I were in touring Scotland for a few days and of all the days there, we loved the breakfast here the most. Russel was very helpful in every way and I am most than - The hosts were just wonderful--not just the usual friendly welcome but going so far as to come out to our car in a driving rainstorm with an umbrella to help us park and unload our bags. The rooms were clean and comfy, the breakfast was great, and the location couldn't have been better, given that we wanted to be near the city centre. We've been to Inverness several times in the past, but this is our favorite B&B there of all.

  We really enjoyed our stay at the Park Guest House, and stayed in the family room 4, which was nice and big with ensuite bathroom. The house itself is really nice and welcoming, and there is enough space to park cars behind the house. Hendry is a great host, and ensured that we had a great stay, and he made a great breakfast. The guest house is located on the street that takes you directly to Loch Ness (turn left and drive for 15 min and you are there), a - We spent just one night but it has been enough to live the authentic spirit of Scotland! The house is very close to the center of Inverness(10 mins walk). Very nice place. Warm welcome. Well-recommended. 10/10
