  I had booked a small room which proved to be lovely decorated. It was located at the back of the house and had all I could wish for. Teapot, plenty of biscuits, two bottles of water, some chocolates. The bathroom had a shower and had mini bottles of shampoo, shower gel and bodylotion. At breakfast with the other guests, while at separate tables, the host made it feel like a big friendly group. The owners know the area and were very helpful. Joan and Javed were so lovely - and - The staff were incredible. We left early, before breakfast the breakfast hours had started, and they were kind enough to pack us sandwiches and fruit to take with us on the train. The rooms were bright and clean, and both the mattresses and the pillows were deliciously comfortable. (This was in contrast to previous hotels on our trip.) I would very happily stay here again.

  Nice place, friendly staff, great view. - The house is really lovely, clean and warm. The bathroom is in good condition as well. Good location - near the supermarket, information centre, local tour picking up stop and the coach station. And the breakfast is just home-like!

The rooms were clean and comfy, the breakfast was great, and the location couldn't have been better, given that we wanted to be near the city centre. We've been to Inverness several times in the past, but this is our favorite B&B there of all.
