Warm and comfortable with everything we could want. Stayed in Silverdale which was large with a gorgeous bathroom and comfortable bed. Great choice for breakfast. - Friendly atmosphere created by the staff and excellent servicethroughout. Rooms are very spacious and have recently been decorated toa high standard.

From the moment my girlfriend and i arrived to the moment we left , we were treated to a first class service , the staff were friendly and helpfull , the rooms were beautifuly presented and clean . ... vad folk säger » pressed with the hotel overall and could not understand why it is only a 3 star. The staff were lovely, the meal in the restaurant at night was really nice and great value. I booked a double room and got a lovely suite which I didnt expect. Very good overall.

We loved Dave - he's hilarious although not always intentionally - very, very nice man, friendly, helpful & accommodating.
Breakfast was really good and didn't cost any extra, room was pretty decent, lots of tea & coffee etc. good location, comfy beds - couldn't really fault anything.

We knew the distance hotel was from main tourist areas like Windermere. The hotel is down a long quiet country lane. The breakfast was "spot on". Thank you for your service. The bar is popular with other holiday makers i.e caravan and lodges and the price of the drinks were reasonable. The room was comfortable. -
