  This feels very much like a hotel from the right decade. It's very modern, lots of design thoughts, rooms are small (container-sized, not a coincidence) but they feel a lot bigger than they are due to the very good design. Rooms have music, mood lightning, lightning, blinds controlled by a remote. Movies are available for - The staff was very helpful and friendly, check-in and check-out procedures are innvoative, yet very easy, the hotel itself is a design-masterpiece, the same goes to the rooms. Even though the room was small and missed some features you'd expect from a hotel room (such as a closet, trash-bin, hangers), it still impressed with king-size bed, rain shower, colored lights, all-in-one remote control, quietness, city view, free movie-package, free wifi and mostly with the feeling that you are personal

  This hotel is great! So lovely and clean, the rooms are massive & the bed is rather comfy!! Me & my boyfriend stayed in the lorne hotel 16th February after the x factor tour at the secc. We met a couple and brought them back for a few drinks at the cocktail bar, I may add the strawberry & raspberry daiquiris are amazing !!! Me & my boyfriend will most definitely be v - Very good modern hotel with all the normal features you would expect. Good room although the walk from the lift to my room through 3 or 4 fire doors and with a case isn't easy and there is a delay for the lights in each section to come on which could be an issue to nervous travellers. Cracking Indian resteraunt within the hotel which I would recommend. Nice bar area, good choice for business or pleasure, but it is about a mile or 2 from the city centre, however, pleanty of cabs and £3.50 fare t

  The staff were all very friendly and attentive. There was a mistake with the extras we had ordered and this was dealt with quickly with a deduction taken off our bill. The bed was very comfortable and although we both prefer a bath the shower was excellent. We liked the cocktail menu and range of rums. - Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Hotel was nice and quite at night so allowed for a great nights sleep. Complimentary minibar was a nice touch too.

  we were treated brilliantly from check in to checkout by the same member of staff who also served breakfast .Chris was very helpfull when we first arrived showing us all the places we were wanting to visit on a map which invaluable to us.He showed interest in us and at breakfast he asked how we had enjoyed our night .He was very good his job and... vad folk säger » made us want to return to this hotel when we come back to glasgow in the future - Very big rooms!!!! So you have a lot of space for your luggage etc. You can really feel and see that this is a brand new hotel. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return! PS, they don't have a car park, but it is not a problem as they have a lot of vey cheap parking facilities just around the corner.

  The rooms were of a luxurious standard and spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was amazing and the plates and food were piping hot. The staff were very attentive and having a swimming pool was great!   Staff were excellent and could not have done enough to help you. Although check-in was not until 3pm our room was ready when we arrived at 12.30. Will certainly use the hotel again the next time we are in Glasgow - The hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly. The room was ideal with a free mini bar.   The 2 nights spent at Blythswood was enjoyable from the moment we entered the door into the foyer, due to the ambience and the reception received from the staff on duty. Made even better by the pleasant manner of the waiting staff. I didn't have time to use the Spa, but my friend did and she was very impressed. - I've stayed here several times and love it! From classy sours, daisies and cocktails in the bar, to the whisky complemented porridge and divine haddock & poached eggs for breakfast, there's nothing to fault at Blythswood. Staff can't do enough for you and embody the friendliness and humor that make Glasgow Glasgow. The spa is amazing and free evenings and mornings for guests.
