lovely apartment, very homely and well run, good breakfast provided in the aprtment, very helpfull staff, good location, we have a 5 month old boy and we walked to most attractions including the castle, shops nearby including Tesco express for grabbing food for the aprtment but have resturants right on the canal by the aprtment if you prefer. I made several calls prior the trip to ensure that we could get a high chair and cot for our baby and the staff remembered me and were very friendly. - The apartment was fantastic, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean and the kitchen was stocked with basic essentials. Parking was great too. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definately use this apartment/hotel complex again.

Staff were fantastic. Really friendly and efficient and interested in making our stay enjoyable.
We thought the apartment was well designed, spotless, well furnished and perfect for a short city break. It was very relaxing.
The facilities were great, eg cooking and washing etc.
The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Edinburgh.
We would not hesitate to stay there again, it's much better value and more enjoyable than a hotel.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful when we had a problem with my baby grandson who was ill whilst we were staying at the apartment.
There was always staff available even on a Sunday which was unexpected.
Also great having some provisions in apartment for when we first arrived. -

apartment was fantastic, new, good layout, good facilities and amenities. location was ok - a good 20 min walk to the heart of the shopping district and royal mile and quite a walk to a supermarket. The breakfast was very tasty with lots of choice. Everything was served to your table which was nice but I actually prefer a buffet where you can choose what you want as you eat. There is NO better place to stay. The staff is simply wonderful... Especially Harvey! This is the most ideal location.. You are by everything! It made my hop on hop off tour kind of pointless because of the fact you are that close to everything...and the flats were fantastic!! 1) Location for sight-seeing.
2) Facilities included kitchen and washing machine in apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped for its purpose as a travel accommodation.
3) Separate bedroom, so if you travel with someone whose sleep schedule is different than yours, they will not have to wake you up.
I don't know how much the company will accommodate your request, such as for a quiet apartment, but they supposedly do have different properties under their management, so it's worthwhile to ask.

The hotel was convenient to both old town and new town areas. Staff was lovely and super helpful. We ate at both restaurants downstairs and really enjoyed them. The room was not huge, but it was very nice, clean, and had a large bathroom with a large walk in shower. The airport shuttle is right across the street and there are always taxis waiting outside.
