Edinburgh Waverley Station och ljuvliga Princes Street Gardens ligger mellan 5 och 8 minuters promenad från lägenheterna. Till den fantastiska shoppingen på Princes Street promenerar du på några minuter.

Loved the apt in general and its close proximity to everything ofimportance in regards to sightseeing and restaurants. Also, they werevery accomodating. Check out was at 1100 but our train didn't departuntil 1700 so we wanted to leave our luggage somewhere and continuetouring the city. They provided a safe place (store downstairs) where wecould store our luggage for the day free of charge. The whole apartment was wonderful - clean, beautifully decorated and furnished and comfortable. It was very spacious - ideal for children. The location is perfect - right in the heart of Edinburgh. The staff went out of their way to assist us and were so helpful. I would thoroughly recommend St Giles Apartments and it is much better value than a hotel if you are travelling with children.alla recensioner »
We stayed at the 3 bedroom self catering Flat 4 - and it suited our need very well. We found them most convenient for the facilities and attractions alond Edinburgh's Royal Mile.- New Parliament, St Giles Cathedral and Castle - and not too far from the Waverley rail and bus stations. The standard of the apartments was very high. This was fantastic and will recommend it to friends and definitely stay there again. I was celebrating my birthday and used this venue to catch up with friends prior to heading into town, my friends loved the apartment and the views were stunning. If you're looking to stay in Edinburgh in top class accomodation, these are the apartments for you. The location was excellent with stunning views. The apartment was decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Will definately book again. It's mega spacious- there's so much room! Also, the location is excellent and the apartment is spotlessly clean. We were all very delighted and will definitely come and stay again!. The apartments were excellent. All facilties were included for a self-catering stay and I liked the little touch if adding fresh ornage juice and mineral water to the fridge. Other than that the facility was wonderful and staff waswonderful. No lift and 4 flights of stairs.On top floor so a lot of stairs. May not be suitable for some. The Stairs are a little tough, but id had a few to drink so i guess thats my fault!!!. Lack of instructions on how to control the heating. Those given on the controller were difficult to read and even more difficult to understand. Be careful about leaving car on the street.only thing i could say is that the cleaner was a bit abrupt when we were leaving at 12.02pm she was coming in telling us to leave. Due to their great central location there is no easy parking. The church bells chimed every 15 minutes throughout the night and they are VERY loud! unless you are a very sound sleeper and manage to book one of the apartments at the back you'll need a pair of earplugs. The only disappointments however. The only drawback was the lack of paring in future we would travel by train and leave the car behind.I would suggest that an Emergencies folder was added. For doctor telephone numbers and hospital, and a contact no. in case of emergencies within the Apt, like power failure etc. Double beds were small. Given there were four friends, would much prefer single beds that could be joined together for couples.Having to pick up the keys from a different part of a town. A nuisancewith luggage. no elevator. Street noise at night. having to walk two flights of stairs to get to room - one member of our party is disabled. The only downside was the heating, had a feeling that the radiators where there just for show! I tried everything set timers, turned switches on and off but they just didn't work. Just turned the cooker on and left the door open for a while that certainly heat the place up great!. There was no bath which came as a surprise and my bedroom had no mirror. Otherwise it was very well equipped.
